I donât believe this is specifically about Kanye and Kim. I think Taylor is making a broader statement about the entertainment business as a whole. Itâs about the media, the fans, Scooter, Scott, Kanye, Kimâeverything that comes with her rise to superstardom. Maybe even the Olivia Rodrigo controversy plays into it. Taylor has achieved a level of stardom that intimidates everyone around her, even her boyfriendsâJoe, Matty, and those before themâall struggled in different ways under the intense scrutiny that comes with dating one of the most famous women in the world. Sheâs expressing that she never wanted to become this monster on the hill, never meant to make others feel threatened by her. But the truth is, they have reason to be.

This is a broader statement to the whole industry. For years, we have seen how celebrities often get treated as some superhuman gods in the beginning of their fame and soon people become obsessed with them.... Jealousy from other people, the over-intrusive media, the possessive fans and the coercive labels/ production houses they're signed to ruin their life. And they lose that simplistic side of themselves. And then they're ridiculed for being crazy, for being provocative and people say they miss the "old" version of them. Britney Spears, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston, Kristen Stewart among many others are good examples of this.

I don't think kanye ever taught or trained her, its about her old company's boss scott borchetta. He was like a mentor and father figure to her, she respected him a lot. And whenever she fought against backlash/hate that she got, he "used to tell her she was brave" (tears ricochet). He was the one to sell her music to scooter. She believed that their relationship was genuine enough where he wouldn't deny her right to buy her music and wouldn't force her to sign more albums. And i guess he "lured" her with a false promise or implication that he wouldn't sell it to anyone else, especially not her enemy, but he did. She didn't want to be stuck in a cycle where she has to create a new album in order to buy an old one.
Its good that she wrote or co-wrote all of her songs, thats literally why she could remake her own albums. Other artists wouldn't be able to do that

I think the whoâs afraid of little old me is more a reference to how the industry is terrified of her power now in the wake of her destroying Scooter Braun and Scott Borchettaâs careers. Yes Kim and Kanye are a big part of what happened but Scooter Braun is a puppet master behind a lot of things too and we probably donât even know half of what happened.
