Pain on the inside of your elbow?
I had this same exact injury the other day. Here's what I did prior to my workout.
1. Generated blood flow with my hand held massager over the flexor muscles of the wrist and the pronator teres muscle.
2. Held direct pressure with a massage gun over the tightest areas.
3. Performed work with my stainless steel muscle scraper.
4. Performed myofascial release work with my spikey massage ball over the wrist flexor muscles and pronator teres muscles.
After I finished I felt awesome! I had a great workout!
Give these awesome myofascial release techniques to the inside of the elbow a try. After you do, let me know your thoughts. Leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!
