Pain on the inside of your elbow?

I had this same exact injury the other day. Here's what I did prior to my workout.

1. Generated blood flow with my hand held massager over the flexor muscles of the wrist and the pronator teres muscle.

2. Held direct pressure with a massage gun over the tightest areas.

3. Performed work with my stainless steel muscle scraper.

4. Performed myofascial release work with my spikey massage ball over the wrist flexor muscles and pronator teres muscles.

After I finished I felt awesome! I had a great workout!

Hey Dr. Joe,

How do you feel about massage rollers for the back? Do you use them yourself? I got your spike ball a while back and followed your tips for tendonitus from too many muscle ups. Now im battling lower back stuff on and off. I dont know if its an imbalance of some kind.
