Traveling is stressful enough, but throw in an IBD flare and flying can be downright awful.

In this short I share my worries when traveling and more specifically while flying. I always advise that Crohnies have their plan in place. Let your flight attendant know that you have IBD, are experiencing flare symptoms and might need to access the bathroom quickly.

I have never had a flight attendant not do everything they could to help me get safely to the restroom in a pinch.
