She seems like a sweet lady & im truly glad she’s happy there. To me, $500 monthly lot rent and no space in between is not my idea of “happy”

They need to have more tiny house villages, very basic, standard, well- built tiny homes, no frills with affordable rent and community services, like a big laundry room and community kitchen, a play area for children and a bark park for dogs, gardens for vegetables and for flowers, near public transportation. There are a few, like the one in Eugene, OR. We need many many more

Pretty cool.
I someday would like to own property to put several tiny houses on. However, for me personally, I'd like the tiny houses to be a little spread out with an optional fenced back yard for pets.

There needs to be a huge uptick in these types of communities. It’s the solution to SO much of what’s wrong with this country. I’d live there in a heartbeat.

I want neighbors but not neighbors that are as close as you are there. It would be nice to have neighbors that are a half of a city block away. It would be nice to have neighbors that were an acre away, better yet 5 acres away. I could never live there and be happy.

No I would not live in a tiny house community if I had a choice. I prefer to live on private property that’s on acreage but that’s me. It’s a nice community some people want that community feel. I prefer few if any neighbors.

Tooo close together! I don’t want to hear my neighbor’s toilet flush or smell their dinner cooking.

This is like a mobile home meaning it's only worth it if you own the land your home is on. You can end up losing the home you own because you don't own the land and can't afford to move it if it would even survive a move.

I inquired about availability and got a very pithy and terse reply that there’s “no availability, no waiting list, sorry”. So, could I live in that tiny house? Doesn’t seem like anyone can. Wasn’t a fan of the tone.
