For breakfast, she opted for vegetable rawa upma, followed by a fruit snack in the mid-morning. Lunch comprised paneer sabzi with two small ragi rotis and buttermilk. In the evening, Srishti enjoyed tea without sugar and fox nuts,
followed by a one-hour workout session with protein powder. Dinner consisted of sambar and rice and salad, after which she went for a half-hour walk. Throughout the day, she made sure to drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water to stay hydrated. Srishti remains committed to her weight loss journey, making healthy choices and staying active! 💪
