Wow, am I the only commentor so far that LOVES this stuff?? I can even eat cheap ones - but I had one in NY in the early 90's that was like an epiphany. SO...Pannetone, Pate en Croute....ChefSteps is taking on some seriously comlicated preparations. These are the kind of things that take multiple days, cost >$100, and sometimes take multiple botched batches before getting something good. I dig that!
