We are in Dubai this week filming!

Lights, Camera, Action! Kamil Bouloot, Head of Culinary for the Middle East based in Dubai, and Rob de Villiers, Regional Managing Director of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group for the Middle East, recently shared their insights on the restaurant and hospitality industry in the region.

Kamil discussed his culinary expertise and leadership at Hunter and Barrel UAE, as well as his recent work in developing and refining the menu for Isabella Cucina Italiana, an authentic luxury restaurant set to open on 1 September 2024.

Rob offered his extensive knowledge and experience as a seasoned restaurateur, discussing his role in managing the restaurant group and expanding on past projects, with a particular focus on the development of Isabella Cucina Italiana.

Both Kamil and Rob worked closely with the COOOP team on the design and implementation of restaurants in the region, which will be showcased in an upcoming documentary. They provided valuable perspectives on the intersection of hospitality, business, and culinary arts, highlighting how these fields work together to create exceptional dining experiences.
