Yup, when I get overstimulated or stressed I get head jerks and neck flexes too, Iāve pulled muscles a couple times which doesnāt help

Ugh, I hate my tics. One I do with my jaw especially, it aggravates (and probably contributes to) my issues with that joint. I have a head-jerking one too that hurts my neck after a while. Just a not-fun thing my nervous system does in response to stress

I feel like u dont actually know what stimming and tics are because you make yourself do both , theyāre not naturally occurring reflexās . Same thing with your dancing where you just call it stimming
