For motors with no VFD: Swap any two leads feeding 3 phase motor...
If motor has VFD you have to swap any two leads after the VFD to change motor direction. If you swap leads feeding the VFD it won't change motor direction becaus VFD takes 3bohase power vonverts it to DC thrn back to AC with varyting frequency for speed cintrol si swaping keads before VFD does not change the GFD out put phase order.
You also can reverse motir direction in the VFD sigtware.

The questio is what happpen when a motor spin the wrong way...the answer is : if its a compressor you blew it ! If its a blower it wont blow properly , if a convoyer it will go backward , AND IN ALL THESE SCENARIO all you has to two is swap 2 out of the 3 lead if its t1 t2 t3 just make make it go t1 t3 t2 or whenever the easier from the pannel or the motor box....😅
