If you do get gripped on the pant cuffs make your sleeve grip and, immediately, kick out to separate theirs .

Very good detail when starting a match or sparring session... However I find that the two on one grip is better two hands on one sleeve breaking grip one foot in the hip that slows the opponent down it's it can be a stronger grip I like the hand tumbling sometimes your opponent's a little faster than you that's when the two and one group is a backup I like to allow him or her to bake them in when I'm playing open guard and then I switched to two on one grip two hands on one sleeve also used the same thing and nogi but I like it John thank you these are just my opinions sir..oss
