Curious if anyone knows?..Can people who whale watch actually physically pet any of them?? I mean if one was close enough to your boat, is it possible to pet m cuddle with said whales, dolphins, seals etc?? I mean whales don't attack people right?

I felt like the whales ๐ knew that they were very near PRECIOUS CARGO on the boat and thatโs why the whales ๐ณ were so GENTLE, but definitely an AMAZINGLY COOL FEAT ALL on the BOAT ๐ค witnessed

Monterey bay! Lived there for years. Marine mammal rescue was busy when I volunteered. Magnificent footage. Iโll have to make it back there for whale watching
