I mean, I kind of see the suspicion aspect, but then again, following someone for that long and then blocking them in has to be against some kind of policy because theres 0 reasonable suspicion beyond someone just asking if you want something to eat as a nice gesture. Even if it is suspicious, once he confirmed he meant no harm, there was no need to waste 3 police officers’ time following some guy around.
