In today’s video, we’re focusing on a full-body movement that targets your core, quads, glutes, and more: the Side-to-Side Heel Tap!

How to Do It:
Start by kneeling with your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder height.
Lean back, keeping your body straight and your core engaged.
Reach with your right hand to tap your left heel, then return to the starting position.
Now, reach with your left hand to tap your right heel, alternating sides.
Muscles Worked:
Core (Abs & Obliques)
Quads (Front of the thighs)
Glutes & Hip Flexors
Shoulders & Upper Back
Lower Back
