A UV filter would be on my shopping list to provide a degree of lens protection, but ND filters tend to mess with the operation of stabilisation so I'd give those a miss. Generally you'd use ND filters to achieve low shutter speeds to comply with the "180 degree rule" but the stabilisation works best at 1/300 and above - so you have to decide which is the most important for your uses.
