Obesity, when it's not a genetic or marker of some sort of thyroid disease, is a mental, spiritual, and emotional problem. It's of someone who:
1. Lacks Internal honesty with themselves
2. Lacks Taking Self accountability for their dysfuntions
3. Unable to admit to themselves when they are wrong in something
4. Facing their own messes and problems head on
5. Caring enough to put in effort to research and taking actions to restore their body's health.
6. Lack of emotional maturity
7. Cannot get out of self-pity mode
8. Cannot face underlying ego problems
9. Cannot stop being enmotionally manipulative with both themselves or anyone that gets near them.
The lesson is, if you can't face your own hidden demons and conquer them, they will conquer you.
