Bodyweight (150) for 525 reps! The set took an hour and 46 minutes. For most of it I did clusters of 5s, that seemed to work well

Congrats on the smashing new PR! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ So, are you going for 1000 now? I mean in the medium to long term. Personally, I guess you will, because of the lure of that numbe

That piano ostinato-esque pattern reminds me so much of midna's lament from legend of Zelda Twilight Princess.

Damn that is a tremendous amount of total weight moved, heck yes πŸ‘Š. What are you feeling after these sessions physically and or mentally

Really think about this: You had 78,750 lbs distributed throughout your body on your muscles and bones. That's crazy volume. Good work.

When the apocalypse happens, you'll be one of the survivors for sure. It's been so cool watching you progress over the past year.

Incredible machine! Congrats! I have a question maybe it is off topic below this video but if you answer that would mean a lot to me. Few months ago I filled my DIY sandbag to 90 kg. I can do all exercises with it except shouldering. There is no problem with the weight i can shoulder a 90+ natural stone. The shape of the sandbag what catches me. It is almost like sphere shape and I cannot get a grip on it to lift it above chest. Do you have any experince with this situation?

How long does it take you to feel normal again (without doms, cns fatigue etc) after something like this?

150 even though it’s bodyweight is literally nothing for you now πŸ˜‚ ridiculous .

When you did 175 x 500 that was around bodyweight at the time as well
