Step 1: Click on My Health on the bottom menu.
Step 2: Tap on the + sign near Blood Pressure.
Step 3: Select the time and date.
Step 4: Choose your systolic reading from the scale.
Step 5: Choose your diastolic reading from the scale.
Step 6: Tap on Save at the top right of the screen.

✔️ Once you enter the reading, we'll tell you if it's within the normal range or not. If it's high, you should consult your doctor immediately.
✔️ All your readings will be recorded under the My Health tab on your Phable app.
✔️ You can track it, share it with your doctor and get insights on your health regularly.
