Chocolate buttercream
500g butter, softened
1kg icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup melted chocolate, slightly cooled
4-6 tblsp milk combined with 3 heaped tsp dark cocoa. (Or keep it separate, whatever works)
Whip butter until it is pale and fluffy. Add your icing sugar and vanilla. Whisk.
Now add in your chocolate and combine. Add in the milk cocoa mixture (or sift in the cocoa and add the milk)
Give it a final good mix. Add more cocoa if you want it darker.
Decorate as desired.
