Gonna start uploading Shorts on my channel but I will try to keep it between 2 long form videos so I don't bombard you guys. It is clear all social media platforms are pushing for shorter videos. As a creator, I do need to keep up with the times. With that said, I've been refraining to make "surface-level" content. I will try my best to make them as high quality as my longer form video and throw in some fun few seconds ones in the mix! Hope you guys understand and enjoy! Always open to feedback in the comments section!

Worst advice I got from a much older photographer and laughed off when starting out was to not get in the game because everyone has camera's on their phones. That was 2005. 😂😂😂. Still to this day with camera phones being a hundred times better they still can't beat someone knowing what they are doing. Its not the camera its you that makes the difference. Photography is a skill not a piece of equipm

Here some advice that is 100% true. No matter what your lighting, lens or sensor size if you shoot pictures of hot girls you’ll get more likes.

Any and all forms of light are acceptable. Don't let other people tell you how to act. Do what works for you.

I do street photography and will use a small flash at night. To me I couldn’t use these giant strobes that require an assistant. Even if I can afford one I much rather stick with natural light. Plus a true professional is resourceful and can master/manipulate any light even the sun, so ignore the ones saying you need it because they probably want you to buy something lol.

You do need to be able to use external lighting.....when it's necessary. Those who don't know how to use it are limiting their possibilities.

It’s all about control. What he said sounds feasible but it’s easier to control artificial light. Where it is, how much, quality and color. You can get good natural light portraits but you have less control over the shoot.

If you don’t have money for $2000 lenses, figuring how to create with light is one way that you can make more dynamic portraits. But, like you said, if you’re creative, you can create with anything, anywhere.

Worst photography advice is canon or nikon are professional cameras, while in japan a real photographers prefer to shoot with German cameras and they won international awards with it. Hope this helps,

If you can't take portraits with natural light, you can't say filters are for the unprofessional photographers 😉

i think natural is kinda confort, even whit 1 flash is when your start building, that why 90% of photographers use 1 external light , when you see complex photography are a using at least 5 to 30 40 flashes. is complicated but a lot stays in the same way for the entire life.

im not saying is wrong, but for how many years photographers dont move from natural or 1 max 2 lights ? i dont see any evolution or complex just copy copy copy.

Better advise would have been when use to natural light and when to artificial light or both. There is purpose and use for both.😊
