What are you listening to today? What have you heard?
Did it bring you fear or did it bring you hope?
If you have been reading God's Word, the Bible, it should be bringing you hope. God's Word is true and brings life. In those moments where we can get caught up in the news and the economy or our bills or even our family. We can trust that God is taking care of us. It's in His Word and God is not a liar.
The Bible says in John 17, that we are in the world, not of this world. When Jesus died on the cross He took all of our pain and suffering away. This includes lack in areas of our life.
So when the economy crashes and the prices go up. Keep your eyes on the father.
Fill your mind on God's word. Read and feed on those scriptures that affect your need at that time. Read them out loud. Make your ears and brain hear your voice says Gods truths. The more you hear and confess the more it becomes true to you. The more your mind is renewed.
It's like fine tuning an old radio. Keep adjusting the dial until the right signal comes in. Get rid of the old thinking and get into God's thinking.
