I bought this Da Urban chair and have been using it for a year.
Pros:
- Very good and clean appearance
- The base is made of thick steel
- Comes with Height adjustment
- Adjustable, steady armrests
- Includes a headrest
Cons:
- The lumbar support does not work at all; it's just for show
- The mesh cloth comes away from the sides of the frame when leaning back
- The headrest is not steady; it comes with plastic and a plastic adjustment guide
