You all might disagree, but I honestly believe the majority of us will have some way of consuming poison. But knowing that always pray over my food that it brings health, not sickness. I haven't had even the slightest cold since I've prayed that over my food. So pray. Yes, try your best to drink and eat from better sources, but ultimately, pray for what you're consuming.
