Unfortunately, you can only say after a while who makes more fatal mistakes - AI or human doctors. Unfortunately, neither AI nor doctors are exempt from making dadly mistakes. Unfortunately, it will only become clear who is better for patients, only after several years of experience and the poor patients will then be the guinea pigs. In radiology, AI will probably make a better diagnosis than a human doctor. We should probably first look at where AI makes the most sense. Can AI operate better than a human surgeon? Probably not, at least not yet....And, in the words of science fiction authors, “How much power do we want to give the machines?” If AI can help patients better than a human doctor - why not?! But, it's only my humble opinion. I might be very wrong. I am sure am very wrong.
