Although I fully understand the frustration and motivation, itโs still not worth going to prison. Just the mere fact that he pulled a weapon on them at their home will most likely get him arrested.
Self defense with a weapon is only justified when your life is being threatened or the life of an innocent person.
Nothing here would convince any jury that he had the right to trespass on these peopleโs property and confront them. Bottom line he should have called the Police for all the good it would have probably done.
Remember this: You taking it up the pipe in Prison while this asshole is out free stealing more Door Dash orders is not You winning.
