If you’re looking for an honest difference between the 2, small farmers and ranchers are going to be more on the side of grass fed and finished. The grain finished beef is generally a product of large industrial feedlots, which by their nature have to pump antibiotics and vaccines into their purchased stock just to keep them alive in the crowded space. If I have the extra money to buy a small farm grass product I pick that one every time.
