[Those things are really quite dangerous and do have a deadly venom in their bite. I once encountered a group of 6 mean and wild ones when I was in Antarctica on a science weather job for Natgeo when I was attacked and had to kill 4 of them with my 45 pistol. Yes, those beasts belong in cages and labs.
