... putting a piece of tape because a certain decibal bothers u, being a deal breaker for (imho) how good of a mobile gaming system the Lgo is, i think that's crazy that, THAT's a dealbreaker for this guy..
(BTW, i have a Lgo and noticed the coilwind immediately when i tested the fans at max spd, but lets be real, this is like complaining a harley is too loud. uhm, a state of the art machine pushing itself to it's limits is gonna make some noise. if u want quiet. get a mac and dont play AAA games. just my two cents..)

The tape mod kills off the fan whine. As i know now that it is a problem with the backplate and many users might not hear it, i drives me crazy tbh lol
If i knew i would.probably had gotten me an Ally , but with the tape its all good
