I prefer shallots over onions cuz to me they taste pretty close to a red onion, which are my favorite onions, and they're easier to cut. Smaller amount too because a lot of time I only need about 1 or 2 shallot's worth as opposed to a whole onion. Plus they're typically cheaper at my store, 2 shallot's for a dollar which is usually the perfect amount I need. Also I like that the fumes are a lot more mild, I don't think they've only ever made my eyes water once or twice as opposed to regular onions where my eyes water almost immediately.

Hi Josh! I wanted to share a channel I found today that really touched and motivated me in a place that isn’t often touched. Jokes aside, Outdoors with Casey was born without arms, yet cooks effortlessly like he never needed them. I was motivated by his story of wanting to spread positivity with his condition, so I wanted to comment on as many food YouTubers posts as I could. Have a good day papa
