It also depends on the tank size. Our 89 freightliner cab over could do 1200 to 1500 miles with the tanks on it. This would be at 80k lbs.

that's because you go to Loves, Piolet or TA that all charge 1.00 more per gallon. I filled up diesel at $4.99g yesterday. loves is $5.89? Next to the interstate is always more expensive but why isn't Loves, Piolet or TA helping truckers instead of GOUGING y'all?

Depends on the size of your tanks too. Mine only holds 150 gallons and I pull flatbed. I average around 900 miles with a light aero truck

depends on the size of the fuel tanks as well. my old company could only hold 160 gallons in their trucks fuel tanks. my new company I'm with has their trucks holding about 200 gallons. with a heavy load I can 1,200 miles out of that, with a super light load I could get 1,600 miles. so many factors.

Yeah company driver is the way to go nowadays…. I’ve seen up to $1000 to fill up a tank in this truck and with booking rates I scratch my head as to how owner operators pay to fill up and maintain there trucks while still needing to make a living…..
