I thought this was going to be one of those almond people who make food that's just makes you skinny but doesn't really give you much protein till I saw the eggs. Keep going because actually having food and not only protein powder is good! <3 (excuse my grammar, English isn't my first language)

I ate 2 eggs and 8 egg whites a day, worked out with weights for 30+min a day, 4 times a week, 3 reps, alternating pushies and pullies, and it took a year to be able to do 1 normal, not knee one, push up. With no visible changes. What am I doing wring 😭
