Beautiful like diamonds indeed .
These beautiful ancient people had an amazing positive body image. The details of the sculptures and busts is so telling.
No generic nonsense..they were purposely with detail of the facial features. The noses, the lips etc..if they were full...they depicted them as full...if the noses were narrow or broad.. it was also exact to the person....and why not? These were peoples who were exact with their methods of building, societal structure etc...to the point that even today we are mystified with them.
The ones who defaced these artifacts...right up to defacing the sphinx...we're clearly afraid of acknowledging that they were faced with the true narrative of who these ancient sophisticated intelligent people were.
