That missile has a database of photos in its memory and upon approaching it's target it alters it's attitude slightly up to slow down a bit, assess the target for possible entry points/weakpoints then selects its target and speeds up to it's final destination. The missile is told what to hit, and it decides for itself exactly where.

I am disgusted by my former homeland England firing a Storm Shadow missile that can only be fired from a Typhoon fighter jet at Russia! I mean come on it would only take 5-6 nukes to obliterate or seriously damage Britain for good. No going back if that happens.
