Good advice. That’s the kind of manager I was in the food industry. I would always tell the owners of where I worked, that I run this place as if I was the owner. If I gave them advice or an idea I would always say if I was the owner I would do so and so. Guess what today with favor from God and help of one of my employers I own my own successful business and at the age of 40, I don’t work anymore. I have employees running my business, when I came from nothing.
