y2 focused so much on politics and WR that it basically left non-political opponents (Ryuuen, Ichinose, Suzune, etc..) useless (it did buff Arisu, Nagumo, and soon to be Koenji though)
but at the same time it makes sense by how the progression went, hopefully Y3 gives something more interesting and development for Ryuuen

Or using year 2 ryuuen including year 1 and just using anti feats to scale him lower
