What do you guys think. These new jumping from beam to beam animations or the ones on @RaiEduHer short video? Me personally I like the earlier animations. They just look smoother and more clean.

I hope Ubisoft keeps making good games like this in the aspect of focusing more on the Assassins now and the stealth. There is something so satisfying about clearing a fort without alerting a single gaurd.

It's exactly as I thought it would be, not particularly mad. It's a good start to getting it back to being good parkour bc the biggest issue with Odyssey and Valhalla is that the map just wasn't made for the parkour at all, so this is a good start. I'm not gonna make a list of everything else it needs to be truly good since it sure everyone already knows some of the things it needs.

Despite it being ok at best, they hyped it up way too much with name dropping Unity a few times with their inspiration

Jumping from beam to beam seems clunky, but it’s the exact same as unity’s ! And that felt a bit clunky to. So the parkour has a little unity and the old ac thrown in there.

I'm a bit disappointed that they changed the beam to beam animation. Yes, it increases the speed of movement, but now it just looks clanky and buggy. The previous one was way more smooth and fluid. They should have improved the running/sprinting speed instead

When I slowed down the video, I noticed that when he jumps to another place, he waits for a split second and jumps like that. They need to solve these, it disrupts the fluidity. 🙂
