Hello, doctor mujhe last 1 year se chest pain ho raha or chest discomfort, left hand pain or upper left back pain, minor headache hota , left + full abdomen pain hota , left leg discomfort kabhi kabhi pain throat or jawline me bhi hota.. ECG , lipid profile test vitamin b12 karvaya normal hai. Hatho me jhunjhuni bhi aati ( Note : - pain regular nahi hota) .. Sir please reply is this related to blood clots
