Not a Tesla owner, I hope to be one someday.
I am guessing the message here is the quiet of Tesla's. How they move around silently instead of all the noise of normal cars. Between the engine, trans and various gears. Traditional cars are quite noisy. Even more so for insecure people who need to remove the exhaust just to blast their cars noise for a mile in every direction.
I hear cars like that even at 2AM and I live 2 miles from the highway. Some people just can't be helped, they desperately need everyone to know they exist. Very sad.
