I dont have kids but between work, commute and partner the time and energy are quite limited.
If we also add that i turned 40 this year, compared to 20 years ago, definitely simracing needs to be planned accordingly 😂
Great point on alcohol and junk food. I'm a big advocate of Mediterranean diet (I'm Italian) and it's great that you touched on this subject, how it affect health and performance with simracing.

On a side note I have a couple of friends who are brothers and their father who were TIG welders and I spent some time of my youth in their workshop when I had some free time. Seeing them working and shaping stainless steel was a joy to watch
