Yea but that could lead to muscle imbalances. Humans aren’t robots we are meant to move dynamically and trough a verity of ranges. If you are building for ascetics then yea the post would be correct, but if you are lifting to be more athletic experiment with lifts and other exercises. If training for a sport get specific exercises that work and develop aspects needed for said sport.

This just isn't true, your body gets used to the same movement over time and gradually lowers the amount of tension on your muscle. Changing the exercise/movement you do to work one muscle is good, you really only need three solid movements and you can rotate them out weekly. Stop lying on the Internet
