If you know yourself as God, as "I AM", then there is nothing to fix, heal or analyse. There is Only this moment, which is eternal, and so there's no past and no future to heal, judge or "Fix". You are an infinite, multi-dimensional Being capable of choosing whatever state/identity/version or dimension you so choose. So whatever to tell yourself in every moment changes you past, present and future right now. You do this by telling your preferred "I AM" story, you tell yourself what you would have liked your past to have been, you tell yourself what you prefer your present to be, and you tell what you would like your future to be. That's it, You are "I AM".. you are that power. YOU create your entire life through your "I AM" story, through your assumption of your past, present and future. You create it all now, though the "I AM" story you're telling yourself.

do I see it correctly? Patterns are automatic replications of beliefs. They don’t care what you consciously think or believe.
You can see patterns as neutral processes — they’re just thoughts you keep thinking regularly. Over time, they become automatic and move into the subconscious. These patterns can be limiting or unlimiting, depending on the meaning you assign to them based on your experiences.
For example, if I notice again and again that I feel unsafe spending money at the grocery store, I can look at the deeper meaning I’ve attached to spending: “Spending is bad,” or “I don’t have enough.” These thoughts create the uncomfortable feeling.
The key is to recognize the meaning you’ve given and consciously flip it until it feels more neutral or even positive — something that feels normal and safe to you.
We can learn from wealthy people here: they often don’t overthink spending. They simply enjoy what money allows them to experience.

I like the idea of imagining a lifestyle over one specific scene.
