- 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Juice of Half Lemon
- Pinch of Salt
đInstructions:
- In a blender or food processor, add the avocado oil, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the ingredients on medium speed until they are well combined and start to emulsify.
- Gradually increase the blender speed to high and continue blending until the mixture reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
- Stop blending and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
