I still remember the first time I learned about these facts, and it was such a relief to realize that what Iām going through isnāt just meāthereās a scientific reason behind it. Itās comforting to know that itās not our fault, and we never chose to have ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, or any other challenges. If given a choice, most people would choose happiness and acceptance. I just want you to know that youāre not alone. At least 15% of the population is going through what you are. If the people around you donāt understand, thatās okay. It doesnāt mean youāre wrong or that theyāre wrong. Weāre just different. People need people. Letās spread a little more love.
