As a person with ADHD, I can’t tell you how much this is helpful. Just copying this template to a small notebook as an initial mock-up, while adjusting the daily time frames to my current needs, made me feel so empowered…. Now I understand what these journaling people have been doing. I feel like this could work. Thank you.

True. I use just an ordering of the tasks, with a soft deadline. Why ? Due unpredictable events. My time is not entirely my own, and this is true for many people.
Now you will say : "First just work on making your time your own". Well, I have achieved that to a high extent, but not completely.
Also, this is about doing more, not about achieving more. For that, we must work on the right tasks at the right time too. Some tasks are just success blockers.

One of the most effective time management tools I’ve ever come across is called Timeboxing. Heard of it?
It was coined by James Martin, the celebrated author of the book “Rapid Application Development.”
This strategy upgrades your 'to-do' lists by scheduling WHEN tasks get done.
Here's how in 3 easy steps:
➜ Brain-dump your daily tasks.
➜ Identify your top 3 priorities.
➜ Timebox them - allocate specific time slots in your calendar and commit.
A quick tip:
We often fall prey to the Planning Fallacy, underestimating how Long tasks will take us.
So, start by doubling your time estimates to play it safe. 🚀
Why is timeboxing so valuable?
Three reasons:
➜ It cuts through decision paralysis,
➜ enables focused prioritization, and
➜ tracks your time effectively for better future planning.
Have you heard of Timeboxing before?
