Had this all my life. In my teens it was so, so bad. I would be pricing colourful packets in the lolly aisle and constantly be on the verge of an attack. Someone would just say "bubble gum" in conversation and it would hit me. First bite of meal? Excruciating. It's getting worse again in my 30s but not as bad as that. Not yet.
