Girl don’t hit yourself too hard for tracing. I traced all of the time when I first started, I actually first started with recolors, then went into tracing, then using bases. Some say you can’t learn from tracing but honestly it’s best to get a muscle memory for things and looking back and forth at a reference is pretty much the same thing.

The tracing wasn't cheating if you drew the old art i always do my art like that cause i have trouble drawing dogitaly but hate coloring traditionalu
