Iām pretty sure thatās not how osha violations work. I donāt think the person reporting gets the 10k I know the person violating or company violating has to pay 10k for the violation but it goes towards osha not the person reporting even if the person reporting worked at oshaā¦

Berry plastics had to pay my 9,000$ medical bill after one of their breezeway doors fell on my head due to faulty sensors and they updated the doors with almost 18,000$ I probably could have sued... But I didn't feel it was in my heart to do so... Even if it is a multi billion dollar company.
