Everyday of my life is spent like this. Hating who i am. I never asked for this.. I'm bitter i have no i drive i constantly wonder is it really mental health or is cancer back. Idk your videos are very validating though that doesnt happen alot.

I always feel like I need to justify anytime I relax. I have to think of all the things I did that day to be able to feel like I deserve that time. Then if someone comes home while I’m sitting on the couch or doing nothing, I jump up to do something so I won’t seem lazy. I know I am not lazy. I do so much. Way too much! I must be involved in 1 million things and I must complete them… Yet somehow I still feel lazy. I still feel guilt for relaxing. Even on my birthday yesterday!
