Sorry you had so much trouble. I get my groceries this way all the time. Great service. In this case smaller may be better. There are only four waiting spots. They have good shoppers also. They pick out better produce than I would.

I ordered a bed frame one time for pickup and two problems. They said that tower they put stuff in wasnโt working and I explained that a bed frame wouldnโt fit in it anyway so where was it. I ended up going home with out it and it was over an hour drive each way.

Sometimes shit happens, we love the pick up or delivery have tried Kroger and they arenโt as good at filling requested items.
