It’s a known bug
X-01 doesn’t spawn until your level 30, but if you walked past a load zone with a PA at an earlier level. It will load the PA at the appropriate gear level at the time. But if you come back later to claim it, it will appear as an X-01 but it will still be loaded in as a lower level Pa

Not with me, but it happened that I left my armor while I was building an electrical connection. At that moment, a group of super mutants approached and fought against my defenses.At first from afar I saw one of my villagers take my X-01 armor and all the components including a jet pak disappeared instantly lol😅 It made me laugh more than it made me angry, to be honest
