I've always thought i was a size 10 in shoes. Then when i had them measure me it showed 9 1/2.
I still wear a size 10 because it's more comfortable & gives my toes more room to spread out.
As a result my feet normally don't hurt. My feet & my knees are usually the only thing that doesn't hurt.

Had the beginning of bunions but faithfully wore toe spacers (different brand) for a year and changed my shoes to a wide toe box. Now my feet are happy! No more signs of bunions.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE toe spacers! They help with foot and lower leg cramping and just feel so good after wearing them for half an hour and then removing them!
